I have some trouble trying to watch some series due to that my chromecast won't play the sound from Star+ and Netflix but it plays YouTube and Twitch normally.I've tried rebooting the device but it keeps happening

Thanks for your help, turns out that some audio settings were enabled but weren't supported by the TV, now everything works

It didn't work, I tried to Uninstall apps an check for updates, but Disney+ and Netflix are the ones that keep muted
