No nothing has worked I deleted everything and thought It would still work so I guess I’m going to do a hard reset on the products we have and re install them.

Ok thank you I’m thinking about re setting everything because it did delete anything it still has an owner.

I have deleted all nest data and app now I can’t get any of it to work,
