Update: get to 2nd level support and complain about planned obsolescence
and they may offer a replacement.it’s a shame most of these devices will
end up in the trash. I’d still buy the product, but it would have been
nice to know a wired product will...
Same issue here…. Customer service is a 2 hr black hole, with no
resolution. They told me to buy a new device. This is the definition of
planned obsolescence.Welcome to frustration city..
