for other users:I follow Ontario1 way of navigation start from home.nest.com, it gets to the page where it show my Gen 1 subscription. and it is from that screen and start following my way of navigation above, will reach to the Manage Payments screen...

What I found out was, if you chose for their newer nest aware plan, it will be handling via pay.google.com site and everything will be fine. If you're sticking around with your old plan for whatever reason, the payment info wasn't sync between store....
