Hi, we have the battery version of Nest protect. The app says power off for the kitchen alarm only. New batteries, light goes on, tried resetting, tried reinstalling app, tested alarm and it is working. Other 2 alarms on house appear green and no pro...

Power off problem

Hi. Nest protect app keeps saying power off in one room. Wireless network and all seem to work when tested. I've changed batteries and reinstalled app. Same problem again. Can anyone help.
