Nest App offline thermostat

Hi, my Nest app has been connected to the thermostat fine until 3 days ago. It says it's offline but the thermostat is online.I've uninstalled, reconnected, tested, etc. And again today it's offline.What other steps could I take to resolve?Many thank...
