Hi, my Nest app has been connected to the thermostat fine until 3 days ago. It says it's offline but the thermostat is online.
I've uninstalled, reconnected, tested, etc. And again today it's offline.
What other steps could I take to resolve?

A few questions: other than the app showing it as offline, are there other issues with the Nest Thermostat not functioning as expected? Is this issue isolated on the app only?
