Nest Sensor unable to add to account

Hi,recently reset my nest thermostat. Once it was reconnected to my wifi and working through the app I have been unable to add the 3 temp sensor back.They all have new batteries. I have removed the batteries for over 1 hour. I have restarted the ther...
