Error E257 - I have 4 wires - red, green, white and blue - no yellow.

I am getting error E257. I only have red, green, white and blue - no yellow. I plugged the blue into the C receptical.What am I doing wrong?

Hi - the issue is resolved. An HVAC person had to do some rewiring. Thanks for the follow up.
