Hi. We just installed a new Nest Doorbell (wired, Gen2) and a Nest Hub. We don't receive announcements in the Hub when the doorbell is rung. The hub can stream however video from the front door and the camera works, and the doorbell rings at the came...

Even went the nuclear option and disconnected and reset everything to factory settings, and reinstalled, checked all settings... still no announcements.
