Hi. I saw the previous post and tried all suggestions listed. This is
out of the box today. I uninstalled disney. Restarted. Waited a bit.
Cleared cache. No go. Any other suggestions? Internet speed is fine

Hi Jennifer. Tried both. Sadly didn't work. I had the same issue
accessing d+ on my phone. Turned wifi off. Got on. Turned wifi back on.
Was able to continue to use disney+. Now having 0 issue with my phone.
