My remote stops working with the cast, it's like it sleeps and I can't
get it to wake and start working the cast unless I unplug the cast and
plug it in and after reboot the remote will work again.
I'm having this same problem and even bought a new remote but now the
replacement is now doing the same thing. It won't stay in pairing
mode.I've reset my cast and all but the remote won't pair or even stay
in pairing mode.
