Nest Learning Thermostat - fan coming on with heat

I just installed a new nest thermostat. The AC and Heat are separate (ac comes through ceiling vents), heat is baseboard.The AC fan is coming on when I turn the heat on, no idea why. The fan is set to OFF.How do I fix this?

I don’t Think it asked me that. I will check settings etc
