Nest Thermostat doesn't always blow warm air when the furnace turns on

When my furnace turns on, sometimes it blows hot air and turns off once temperature is achieved. Other times, everything is running but there is only cold air(not air conditioner cold), just fan blower cold and is not putting out any heat.
