Hi Juni, Unfortunately the issue has not been resolved. I spoke with customer service twice. Very friendly and knowledgeable people but they, nor I, can fix the issue.

same here! Sometimes the alarm works, most times it doesn’t. Like you, when it doesn’t work, it just blinks.
