I misread your original post. The link looks correct for when using a heatlink.

That Danfoss RMT230 thermostat looks like a 110 volt or 230 volt ac thermostat, Nest thermostats control 24 volt ac devices. So, no it's not compatible.

Might help to post make, model of the thermostat and equipment and a few more pics.
