trying to figure out why my nest is not cooling and if the wiring was done correctly according pics

My contractor tried to connect Nest for me and for some reason it's not cooling, could anyone please look at the before and after wiring pics and tell me where we are wrong? and if it's a wiring issue?pics attached:
