I called 855-469-6378. However, it took 6 days for the backplate to
arrive and it made no difference. I've been activating my heat by
touching the power (Rh) and head (W1) wires together for the past week
while I wait. I called Google Nest support ag...
FYI, I called Google Next support and they walked me through a number of
tests. The backplate on my thermostat is bad and they are sending a
warranty replacement.
I am having the same issue. Wondering if the software update that
occurred in Sept. is the cause. A/C turns on fine, but heat turns orange
as if it's heating, but boiler does not do anything. If I do the same
from the basement thermostat (not a Nest)...
