Hello,We set this up yesterday, and the heat pump was covered with ice this morning. Did we do this right? We have a dual fuel system. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out. We are all set with the thermostat. It was our wood stove that made it seem like we want the heat pump running so hot. We made the proper adjustments and enjoyed our NEST. Thank you
