It was pretty much perfect until it got its most recent major Android
update. Since then the frame rate has been periodically problematic in
some apps.
I thought my Chromecast would be my go-to TV device. But mine too is now
barely used since I replaced my TV (the new one has its own apps which

To be fair, I had a previous complaint with this Chromecast (not jerky
video) and discovered when they told me to try another TV that the
problem was a video splitter that I had connected it through, and not
the Chromecast.
