I went on the live support chat. They sent me an email that I replied to
with serial number and shipping address. I figured good to get it sorted
before I need to use the heating in autumn.
Seems like it's a common error and they normally send out replacements
from what I've read on threads whilst searching for this error message.
It's good that they are replacing them but a bit of a worry that the
wifi chip seems to fail so regularly. ...
