@Markjosephp thank you! I'm awaiting the new ones and I will update once they are received. I appreciate everyone's help on here.

It didn't work for me. It spins and spins saying Connecting, then says "something went wrong" and it still won't find it....

*update: called Google support. No solution. It's faulty. They're replacing it. I bought 2 that do the same thing.

Also, I can't even add it to the Nest app because it tells me to go through Home. So it's not added to any app because it doesn't appear.

@MplsCustomer it's a regular nest thermostat. I didn't have a sign-on issue. I only recently installed Google Home for other non-Google apps and installed the Nest app at the time I went to install. Though for the heck of it, I did add another home a...
