I am reading this and doing the same.  Just purchases the Deco!

Thanks. Just bought a deco xe75 now and going to get rid of the nest wifi immediately. I am sick of this frustration. It stinks since everything I have is in the nest/google environment but this horrible "weak connection" stuff is ridiculous.

I am still having the same issue now on 12/26/2022 so the fix did not work at all.
