Cannot Install Youtube in Chromecast

Hi, I have 3 units of chromecast. All newly bought. For one, i cannot install Youtube app. Says not available in your country. You Tube is Available in Fiji. I have restored it to factory settings again and it says the same. Can you assist what is th...
