Nest wont turn off

For a year my Google Nest played music (Spotify) and turned off as per my instructions to it. Eg play the bee gees for 20 minutes and it worked fine. For the past month it says it will turn off in 20 minutes but doesnt. Hopefully someone has a soluti...
