Hello, my computer will only connect to the wifi point in my living room. When I’m in my office it won’t connect to that point, and my internet is very slow.

My computer stays connected to the wifi point in my living room and won't switch to the one in my office, so the internet is very slow if I'm in my office. Do you know how to manually switch the wifi points?
