I have the exact same problem. I have tried all the suggestions that is,
attempt to reboot by removing cord and switching mic to off ( 10 times)
no resolution. Then tried pressing on centre of mini nest for 5 seconds
then a further 10 seconds - no so...
My Google nest suddenly stopped working - only has 2 lights - google
home app states device is not connected ? I have tried all the forum
suggestions to fix this and nothing has worked
