on-going support for products, especially those they acquire on partner

I responded in another in-line thread that I have not had the chance to
try again because my home is tenant occupied and I live about 1500 miles
away, so I am not there often and have not had the chance to try again.
In the meantime, can you please share instructions on how to remove and
re-add a new home structure? I will forward to my tenant. Not sure if
they will be able to follow it, but I will ask them to try. Thanks!
