Yes we held the buttons Down for 30 secs. Ran through setting it up,
didn’t work. Then held down the buttons for 45, set it back up. The
Christmas chime is still there. We have since turned off the chime just
to not hear the Christmas chime

Christmas chimes still happening even after factory resting the
doorbell, disconnecting everything, removing the device from the app and
reconnecting everything and adding the device bac...
I factory rest my door bell and uninstall it from the nest app.
Reinstall the doorbell and the Christmas chime is still there. This is
utterly unacceptable
