no LED on heatlink and H71 error on app

I'm getting no LED showing on my heatlink and error H71.In the app I'm seeing this is a common issue and to visit BOXT to get in resolved, however I'm from the Isle of Man which doesn't seem to be covered by my post code.Any idea how to proceed?
