Thanks Jenelyn, The problem was the thermostat itself. It was not
holding a charge, even after 2 hours of [remote] charging. There was
power to the wires but because it wouldn’t hold a charge it thought
there must not be power. Not a very “smart” sta...
I’m having a similar problem. I took my thermostat off-line to try and
restore it back to its original state before I install Nest and now it
says I’m getting no power through the red wire. How is that possible?
