I am so disappointed of Google. This is unacceptable.

Had the exact same thing with the last update, worked for a couple of hours then it was back.

How do you change framerate manually?

And its back..........lasted for 5 episodes of viewing

It's just so weird. It has stuttered like hell since Christmas when I got it and now suddenly stopped. Guess it could come back just as quick now when its obvious nothing changed
