Google Nest Community

We had a technician come out and it looks like our heat pump had gone bad and he could not find away in the nest thermostat to go to an emergency heat status using the furnace only so we had to put the old Honeywell back in place so we could get heat...

I'm freaking cold!!  Nothing is working.
