Google told me in writing that even if they would replace my Google
Nest, the issue would still reoccur. They know their bluetooth device is
not working and they won’t do anything. So disappointing. Will never buy
a Google device again.
Btw I spoke with multiple people at Google. I soent over 45 mins on the
phone with a lady that troubleshooted the device with me. Finally they
told me they can’t replace the device because the issue may reoccur…
