Google Nest Community

You close this thread.  No more Nest products for me.  Lousy!

Did that already a few responses back. Thanks for trying.

I have just requested the password reset again (using email ... ). Entered the email address used for the Nest account correctly. Checked inbox, social media, promotion, and spam folders and there is no Nest email to reset the password.

I did have nest in the whitelist of my gmail account.I checked my spam folder and emails from Nest are not in there.

I am using a gmail email account for my Nest account.
