Hi Jennifer,I tried a different private gmail account and it did not work. When I wanted to add a new device and clicked on the Chromecast, nothing happened.

Hi Jennifer,I tried to set up through my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and my Mini iPad 5. It's a personal gmail account. I have no issues with an older model of Chromecast.Thanks

I have the same issue. I am trying to connect with a Philip Model 32PFS6402/12. It's the Chromecast HD with Google TV.
