Hate to rain on the parade but it’s not fixed. If it was only happening
for a few days, you guys may not have the same issue as some of us. Mine
have been down for months. Still down now.
My hub’s nest cam functionality is also broken. I now leave the nest cam
off in the app because leaving it on leads to it randomly going offline.
Luckily It’s a redundant camera in that room.
I have had success doing that (with the tech I was working with for 3
hours.) Still needed to try multiple times, but it finally updated and
then I could move it to my preferred home structure. I am reluctant to

Issue for me as well. I don’t recommend contacting Google support about
this unless you are within the 1 year warranty period. If you aren’t
they don’t care about it and will not help you.
