I've been through all of the troubleshooting steps with your so call
"Nest Tech support" which I have to say, were no help at all. The only
way it will turn the furnace on is by removing it from the wall, which
is not in sunlight and is in the center...
Mine had a 10 degree split and was getting worse. I decided to replace
it with another brand since there is no support what so ever from nest
or Google for this matter. They offered to send me someone else's broken
warranty replacement (refurbished) ...
Same issue here although it happens every day now and seems to be
getting progressively worse. The Nest team is no help at all. Evidently
they do not need heat in Panama or the Philippines. The only way I've
been able to get my furnace to come on is ...
