Doesn't seem like they know how to fix it. They probably layed off the people who did know how to fix bugs. Time to move to the competitors products.

Thank you for this suggestion however the camera will still not work. It still says it is offline and cycling the monitoring on and off even though it is online because I am playing my YouTube music on it right now and can see the pictures.
