Looks like a Netflix issue to me. My Netflix also says HD and not 4K
while HBO does work in 4K/DV. I called Netflix and they assured me the
problem would be fixed. Still doesn't show 4K a few weeks later. My tv
only works at 30hz with 4k and Dolby Vi...
Same problem here. And since my tv doesnt do Dolby Vision @60hz, the CC
resets itself to 1080p@60hz everytime I turn on the tv.. We're probably
better off buying another product.
