Ahh yeah I tried what you suggested. I removed the Samsung TV device,
then re-added it. CEC control still doesn't work from the Chromecast.

This also just started happening to me this week. No settings were
changed. Both Power On/Off and changing the input buttons stopped
working with my Samsung TV and CEC. Is a factory reset the only option
to resolve this issue?
