You are probable using one of the Yale locks and not the Nest-x-Yale locks; the two are not the same thing and therefore use different apps.

Good news in regard to the Nest Protect.But when do Nest-x-Yale users get to manage passcodes on the Home app? This is still a good lock even by today's standards, but it sounds like 3rd party locks get VIP treatment much to the chagrin of the owners...
