Elm,I found a solution to the problem. The base of my unit went back.
Once I had eliminated every other cause that was the last thing to was
to swap out the base. As soon as a had the new base plate installed
everything worked like a charm. Hope this...
Hey Doug, My issue was that my base plate went bad. Doesn't matter how
long you charge for, if the base plate is not functioning you will
continue to get the message to reattach base. Once we swapped out the
base everything worked fine.
