Canada My guess is there’s a network setting or a random port that might be blocked on my network that prevents the update. 路‍♂️

 Little late I think, lol. I recently had this issue. I have 2 Nest 3rd gens, one updated and one didn’t. Didn’t even show the update menu. They were purchased at different times and had different firmwares. I believe it’s true with the network issue...
