I have two doorbell cams and a security cam. I had this problem to the
point that nothing was useable. I recently upgraded my internet to fibre
optics and everything now works perfectly!!!! So it's all a case of

I'm having the same exact issue....I get about 1 second of viewable
video, then the rest is the gray bar and the "video not available"
message. This isn't even close to being good enough. I paid good money
for this equipment
