Thanks Jake. I was able to default the unit back to original, then
re-install the thermostat and reconfigure on the network. It is working

I am running into this same issue with one of my 2 nest thermostats now
all of a sudden. After 2 months of working great it has dropped. Were
you able to find any resolution?
