Hi. I have done this. I've also deleted the device from my account and factory reset it then re connected. It and still no sound from the doorbell. I think the mic has gone.

Mine did the same a few weeks ago. I've got a new 1 as I suspected a faulty mic. Now I can't get it to find any WiFi networks! 郎
