I went through the compatibility steps before purchasing and it says it
was compatible but in the install instructions it says it’s not. I need
to know if this is compatible please?

a few cut that weren’t used pushed in the back. Looks like Brown, black

Google nest that I have. I’m just confused on what you mean for the C
wire. Do you mean just get a random wire and strip it on one side and
connect it to C and have it capped off ...
