My android phone is too old and the app won't install.Still no resolution. Can I contact Nest?

I am going to try to install the app on my android phone and see what happens. I have seen in the past where Google don't work well on Apple.

I only have one account and all my camera are in my one and only home structure. And yes, I have 10 day 24-7 history which I have used many times on both my net cam battery cameras. I have accessed this often.
