I believe I have a solution! When you are finished with YoutubeTV, say “Hey Google, I’m Done”. Do not say Hey Google, STOP”. This change seems to have solved the problem for me. Since I started this I have not had the error.

I generally notice it with CNBC. 

I’m having this problem on all 4 of my Google home hubs. It works fine on appletv and iPads.
